my first time tasting foie gras today. i had it at sakae tepanyaki. ya la i know sakae’s foie gras isnt exactly very premium quality.
still, there were only 2 small pieces. i kind of imagined foie gras to come in little small black pearls. obviously ive gotten that mixed up with something else, unless there’s other ways of serving foie gras that i dont know about.
but oysters and foie gras really give me all the motivation i need to study and work hard so that i can continue eating such awesome tasting stuff for the rest of my life without feeling any pinch in my pocket!
